This 1,200 sqft single-family residence was designed as a compact but comfortable weekend getaway. This site has commanding views of the valley, and is part of the unique dwarf pine barren ecosystem. The entire living space is raised up onto the second floor to allow for maximum views, while minimizing the need to cut any trees.
